This is supported by the activities of the sports and cultural association, gatherings at annual meetings and sports events, preventive medical check-ups for employees, and collective accident and voluntary supplementary pension insurance, which the company (co-)finances for employees.
The natural environment
The core activities of the companies in the KD Group are not directly linked to environmental impacts; nevertheless, we act responsibly in our day-to-day operations: we conserve electricity and sort our waste.

We actively engage with our social environment primarily through sponsorships and donations, through which we demonstrate a clear connection to our corporate values – trust, growth, respect, excellence and support. Employees of the KD Group have traditionally taken part regularly in blood donation drives.
