The company develops and operates the Ocean electric vehicle charging platform, trusted by operators across Europe and around the world. It helps energy providers, oil and gas companies, CPOs and EMPs, vehicle fleets, governments and businesses build charging infrastructure that is open, scalable and built for long-term use. Ocean began as a strong undercurrent – a team of engineers, product experts and experienced professionals. Today, Ocean powers charging networks in more than 60 countries, helping operators work smarter, grow faster and better serve drivers.

Onisac d. o. o. holds a concession to operate special games of chance for the CASINO RIO salon, located in the BTC Ljubljana shopping centre. It spans 1,000 m2, of which 600 m2 is dedicated to entertainment across four electronic roulette tables and slot machines with 200 gaming positions. In 2023, the concession was extended until November 2028. Despite the direct proximity of competing gaming salons, a new casino with a large concession, and online games of chance and sports betting, in 2024 the company succeeded in retaining visitors and attracting new guests through infrastructure upgrades and a more aggressive marketing approach. It offers its guests attractive evening events with entertainment, as well as daytime events with appealing prize competitions and promotional campaigns. In 2025, the company generated revenue of EUR 5.4 million and net profit of EUR 485,000. The vision of the Casino Rio gaming salon is to become the most sought-after social gaming salon in Ljubljana, where a passion for gaming meets a sense of community. Despite the direct proximity of competing gaming salons, a new casino with a large concession, and online games of chance and sports betting, the company expects 5% growth in visitor numbers and 4% growth in revenue for 2026.

Astraea d.o.o. operates special games of chance at the Casino Astraea gaming salon in Lipica. In 2023, the concession was extended for a further 5 years. The gaming salon is located away from the city bustle, right on the Slovenian–Italian border. The casino is visited mainly by Italian guests, so the greatest advantage of the casino's micro-location is its position on the main road connecting Trieste with Lipica and Sežana by the shortest route. The gaming salon offers a wide selection of slot machines with attractive games and bets starting from as little as 1 cent. Across 600 square metres, guests will find 200 gaming positions offering plenty of entertainment, interesting bonus games and several progressive jackpots. Guests can choose between the latest video slot machines, poker machines and two electronic roulette tables.

Management of the Maribox property complex and operation of cinema activities. Despite a decline in the global market, the company increased its market share to 13% in 2025 (2024: 10%) and achieved record revenue with a positive operating result of EUR 348,000. The location on the Drava river offers exceptional development potential, defined in the Levi breg project.

Deželna banka is available to customers through its extensive branch network across Slovenia (the third most extensive network in the country). It places great emphasis on personal contact, while also offering customers the most modern electronic banking methods. In 2025, the investment in DBS contributed EUR 5.3 million to the KD Group's result (under the equity method) and paid out EUR 2.7 million in dividends.
