The server www.kd-group.com (“our server”) automatically assigns an anonymous, unique code to every visitor. The software you use to browse the World Wide Web stores this code and sends it back to our server whenever you revisit any page on our server. The technology used for this transfer of data between the server and the user is known as ‘cookies’.

Each time a page is displayed, our server records, in addition to the unique code, the exact time, the address of the requested page, the address of the previous page, the codes of any adverts displayed on the page, the type of browser used by the visitor, and the IP address from which the request to view the page originated. The data collected is gathered and stored for the purposes described under the heading ‘Why do we use cookies?’ for the duration of this website’s operation.

Our server stores the details entered during registration (username, password, email address) for all registered usernames, as well as the settings for that username. This data is stored indefinitely. The stored data is not linked to a specific natural or legal person, but solely to a unique code and a username, if one has been used, and it is technically impossible toto identify the natural person who is actually visiting the website at any given time.

The companies do not pass on the stored data to third parties in a form that would reveal the visits and details (email addresses) of individual users, but at most in aggregate form — for example, as the total number of ad impressions and clicks, which may be disclosed to advertisers, or as aggregate figures on server traffic, which may be made publicly available.

We use cookies to monitor the frequency and manner of use of our server. This means that we regularly analyse the traffic on individual pages on our server, as well as the patterns and frequency of navigation between pages, in order to determine the level of visitor interest in specific content. We use this as a guide for the further development of the website’s content. In doing so, we do not track the behaviour of individual users, but rather the aggregate figures for the entire user base (for example: how many users have read this or that article today; how many users go on to read the next article after reading this one.)

Our advertisers have the right to access data on the daily number of impressions and clicks on their adverts. These are also aggregate figures.

We use the ability to view the activity of an individual user (not a person, as we do not know who they are, but individual codes linked to a received cookie) within our server only in exceptional and rare situations when a user encounters difficulties – for example, when they have problems accessing certain content, receive messages about suspected errors, etc. – or in the very rare event of a suspected attack or attempted intrusion into our server.

The cookies sent to you by and received from our server:

• do not transfer data from your computer to any other server except back to the sender;
• do not transmit any data to our server other than that which the server itself sent to the user and which is returned on each visit (unique codes);
• they do not contain your personal name, address, etc.;
• cannot infect your computer with a virus or damage it in any other way;
• they do not allow companies to find out what you do on the internet or elsewhere apart from visiting our server;
• they do not allow us to find out your personal details unless you have already provided them to us yourself.

If you disable cookies in your browser, you will still be able to access most of the content on our server.

If you believe that our server is storing data about you based on information you have entered yourself, and you do not wish for this data to be stored, you may request that it be deleted at any time.

The deletion will be carried out as soon as it is clear that you are indeed the person requesting the deletion of the data.

The deletion of data may mean that your order or registration will not be processed.

Our web server, which is protected by technical and software measures, also collects certain data that you voluntarily enter into forms via separate links, depending on the purpose or category of the data provided. We undertake to protect the confidentiality of all personal data in accordance with applicable legislation, which will be provided to us on the basis of the individual’s explicit consent. We will use the personal data provided solely for the purpose for which it was collected.
