Signing of the contract relating to the issue of bonds

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99), KD Group, d.d., Ljubljana hereby issues the following announcement:

The Management Board of KD Holding, finančna družba, d.d., Ljubljana (hereinafter: KD Holding) hereby informs the public that, in accordance with the Management Board’s resolution of 25 April 2005 concerning the first issue of bonds by KD Holding, a financial company d.d., today, 6 May 2005, signed an agreement with Nova Ljubljanska banka d.d., Ljubljana, regarding the execution of the first sale with a buy-back obligation and the organisation of the issue of bonds No. 02/2005.
The value of the bond issue is EUR 40,000,000.00 in tolar equivalent.

From 6 May 2005 until further notice, the company will also publish this notice on its website www.kd-group.si under ‘Notices’ in the ‘Public Announcements’ section.
