Pursuant to Article 294.b of the Companies Act, KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska 63, Ljubljana, hereby publishes, in the attached document, the Report on the Remuneration of the Management and Supervisory Bodies and Executive Directors of KD Group d.d. for the financial year 2023, which was unanimously adopted at the company’s 34th General Meeting of Shareholders held on 9 April 2024.


The Report on the Remuneration of the Management and Supervisory Bodies and Executive Directors of KD Group, d.d. for the financial year 2023 has also been published on the company’s website www.kd-group.com from 9 April 2024 onwards for a period of ten years.
