Registration of amendments to the Articles of Association of KD Group d.d. in the court register

KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, 1000 Ljubljana, received on 16 November 2009 a decision from the District Court in Ljubljana, pursuant to which the amendments to the Articles of Association, adopted at the 14th General Meeting of Shareholders on 9 November 2009, were entered in the court register. Pursuant to the decision received, the terms of office of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board ceased on 16 November 2009, and the term of office of the company’s Management Board, comprising the following members, commenced

:- Mr Matjaž Gantar (Chairman of the Management Board)
– Mr Aleksander Sekavčnik (Deputy Chairman of the Management Board)
– Dr Draško Veselinovič (Member of the Management Board, Chief Executive Officer)
- Mr Peter Grašek (Member of the Management Board, Deputy Chief Executive Officer)
- Mr Matjaž Butina (Member of the Management Board)
- Mr Sergej Racman (Member of the Management Board).
