Publication of unaudited, non-consolidated financial statements

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99), KD Group, d.d., Ljubljana hereby publishes its unaudited, unconsolidated financial statements for the year 2005

KD Holding, finančna družba, d.d., Ljubljana, publishes in the attachment the unaudited, unconsolidated financial statements for 2005 and key notes relating to the operations of KD Holding d.d. The attached document will also be available on the website www.kd-group.si from 31 March 2006 until further notice.
