KD Holding, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, publishes a summary of the audited annual report of the KD Holding Group for 2007 and a summary of the audited annual report of KD Holding d.d. for 2007; and in the ‘Annual and Half-Yearly Reports’ section, the company also publishes the full audited annual reports of the KD Holding Group and KD Holding d.d. for 2007.

Both summaries of the 2007 annual report and the full annual report are available for inspection at the company’s registered office, Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, every working day between 9 am and 3 pm.

The documents are published in electronic form on the website of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. (SEOnet) and on the company’s website www.kd-group.com from 23 June 2008 onwards, for a minimum of five years from the date of publication.
