Publication of the summary of the audited annual report

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 51/06, UPB 2), KD Group, d.d., Ljubljana hereby publishes a summary of the audited annual report, together with the auditor’s report, for 2006

of KD Holding, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, in accordance with the Securities Market Act (ZTVP-1, Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99, as amended and supplemented), publishes a summary of the audited annual report of the KD Holding Group and KD Holding d.d. for 2006; and under the heading ‘Annual and Half-Yearly Reports’, the company also publishes the full audited annual report of the KD Holding Group and KD Holding d.d. for the year 2006.
