Publication of the summary of the audited annual report

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99), KD Group, d.d., Ljubljana hereby publishes a summary of the audited annual report, together with the auditor’s report, for the year 2005

of KD Holding, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, in accordance with the Securities Market Act (ZTVP-1, Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99, as amended), publishes on the SEOnet website and on the company’s website www.kd-group.si a summary of the company’s audited annual report for the financial year 2005, and under the heading ‘Annual and Half-Yearly Reports’, the company also publishes the full audited annual report of KD Holding d.d. for the financial year 2005.

Inspection of the annual report

Both documents will be available for inspection at the company’s registered office, Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, every working day between 9.00 am and 3.00 pm, and published in electronic form on the website www.kd-group.si.
