KD Group, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the company or KD Group), in relation to the article published in the newspaper Dnevnik on 21 January 2014 entitled: ‘Južna, Gantar and Zupanc and Avtotehna”, published on pages 2 and 3, which suggests that claims against KD Group totalling EUR 4.3 million from NLB, NKBM and Abanka are to be transferred to the bad bank, hereby informs the public that, as at 21 January 2014, it has no liabilities to DUTB d.d. and that it settles all its liabilities on time and in the contractually agreed amounts.
