Notice regarding the signing of the contract for the sale of a 100 per cent stake in KD Skladi, d.o.o.

KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: KD Group d.d.) hereby announces that today, 25 May 2016, it entered into a contract for the purchase and sale of all shares in KD Skladi, management company, Ltd. (hereinafter: KD Skladi, d.o.o.) with Adriatic Slovenica, an insurance company, d.d., Koper (hereinafter: Adriatic Slovenica d.d.) as the purchaser. The transfer of shares in KD Skladi, d.o.o. to Adriatic Slovenica d.d. will take place following the issue of a licence to Adriatic Slovenica d.d. for the acquisition of a qualifying holding by the Securities Market Agency, of which KD Group d.d. will inform the public.
This announcement will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’ from 25 May 2016 onwards.
