Notice regarding the sale of shares in the issuer, Delo d.d.

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 51/06, UPB 2), KD Group, d.d., Ljubljana, hereby issues the following announcement:

KD Holding, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, hereby informs the public that on 27 October 2006 it disposed of 133,490 shares in the issuer Delo d.d., ticker symbol DELR, representing 19.99 per cent of all the issuer’s issued shares, to Probanka d.d. and Abanka d.d., each receiving 66,745 DELR shares at a price of 31,600.00 SIT per share.

The company will also publish this notice on its website www.kd-group.si from 27 October 2006 until further notice, in the ‘Notices’ section under the heading ‘Public Announcements’.
