Notice regarding the sale of shareholdings in cinema companies

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana, and the applicable legislation, KD Group, d.d., Ljubljana, hereby issues the following announcement:

KD Holding d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, in accordance with Article 386 of the ZTFI, hereby informs the public that, on the basis of contracts for the sale of shares concluded on 25 August 2008 with the companies X6D Limited, Limassol, Auctor d. o. o., Ljubljana, Zabavna znanost d. o. o., Ljubljana, and Hypo Real d. o. o., Ljubljana, it has disposed of its shareholdings in the following cinema operators: Kolosej kinematografi d. o. o., Kinematografi Maribor d. o. o., Kinopodjetje Kranj d. o. o. and Kolosej Celje d. o. o. The total purchase price under these agreements amounts to 11,575,526.84 euros.

The KD Holding Group is thus withdrawing from the cinema sector and will focus on managing investments operating in the broader field of financial services.

This announcement will also be published on the company’s website, www.kd-group.com, in the ‘Public Announcements’ section from 26 August 2008, and will remain there for at least five years from the date of publication.
