Notice regarding the retention and withdrawal of an international credit rating

Pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and in accordance with Article 136 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the company) hereby informs the public that the international credit rating agency Fitch Ratings has maintained the ‘BB’ credit rating for KD Group d.d. and the rating outlook ‘Rating Watch Negative’, and has decided, for business reasons, to withdraw the credit rating for KD Group d.d.

The retention of the ‘Rating Watch Negative’ outlook for KD Group d.d. is due to the fact that the process of selling the entire equity stake in Adriatic Slovenica d.d. has not yet been completed.


This notice will also be published on the company’s website, www.kd-group.com, under ‘Public Announcements’ from 25 September 2018 onwards.
