Pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and in accordance with Article 136 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the company) hereby informs the public that the international credit rating agency Fitch Ratings has assigned a credit rating to KD Group to ‘BB’ and the financial strength rating of the insurance company Adriatic Slovenica, zavarovalna družba, d.d., Ljubljanska cesta 3a, Koper, to ‘BBB-’, placing them on ‘Rating Watch’.
The placement on ‘Rating Watch’ follows the announcement that on 23 May 2018, KD Group entered into an agreement with Generali CEE Holding, B.V., for a purchase price of EUR 245 million.
