KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, hereby informs the public that on 16 May 2014, KD Group issued 215,107 bonds with the designation KDH3 pursuant to a resolution adopted under item 4 of the agenda of the 18th General Meeting of Shareholders held on 29 August 2013. The KDH3 bonds were issued and registered with KDD – Central Clearing and Depository Company, d.d., Ljubljana, in the name of all the company’s shareholders who were recorded in the KDD share register as holders of KDHP preference shares on 15 November 2013, with the exception of the shareholder KD Group as the holder of its own preference shares.
In the attachment, KD Group d.d. publishes the document ‘Terms and Conditions for the Issue of KDH3 Bonds and Other Information on KDH3 Bonds’.
