Notice regarding the confirmation of an international credit rating

KD Group, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: KD Group), hereby announces to the public that the international credit rating agency FITCH Ratings has affirmed KD Group’s credit rating of ‘BB’ and has assigned Adriatic Slovenica, insurance company, d.d., Ljubljanska cesta 3a, Koper, as KD Group’s largest subsidiary, a ‘BBB-’ financial strength rating. The outlook for both companies remains ‘stable’.

The credit rating reflects a strong position in the Slovenian insurance and asset management markets, as well as adequate capitalisation.

This announcement will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’ from 17 November 2016 onwards, and will remain available for at least five years from the date of publication.
