Notice regarding the confirmation of an international credit rating
22.07.2016KD Group, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the company or KD Group), hereby informs the public that the international credit rating agency Fitch Ratings has affirmed KD Group’s credit rating of ‘BB’ and has assigned Adriatic Slovenica, insurance company, d.d., Ljubljanska cesta 3a, Koper, as KD Group’s largest subsidiary, a ‘BBB-’ financial strength rating. The outlook for both companies remains ‘stable’.
The credit rating reflects a strong position in the Slovenian insurance and asset management markets, as well as adequate capitalisation.
