Notice regarding the conclusion of a contract for the purchase of shares in the issuer Nama d. d., Ljubljana

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 51/06, UPB 2), KD Group, d.d., Ljubljana, hereby issues the following announcement:

KD Holding, a financial company, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, hereby informs the public that, following an auction held on 8 May 2007, it has concluded a contract with Slovenska odškodninska družba, d. d., Ljubljana, it has concluded a contract for the purchase of shares in Nama, trgovsko podjetje, d.d., Ljubljana, Tomšičeva ulica 1.

Under the terms of the aforementioned contract, KD Holding d. d., as the purchaser, will acquire 195,824 ordinary shares of the issuer Nama d. d. with the ticker symbol NANL, representing 20.53 per cent of all issued shares of the issuer, at a price of EUR 27.5 per share. The total purchase price under the aforementioned agreement amounts to EUR 5,385,160.

The company will also publish this notice on its website www.kd-group.si from 9 May 2007 until further notice, in the ‘Notices’ section under the heading ‘Public Announcements’.
