KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, hereby announces, pursuant to the Financial Instruments Market Act, that the company’s Board of Directors, at its meeting on 24 November 2014, it had taken note of the document ‘Audited Interim Financial Statements of the KD Group, together with the independent auditor’s report for the period from 1 January to 30 September 2014, which the company received and published on 19 November 2014 (hereinafter: the Audited Interim Financial Statements of the KD Group).
The audited interim financial statements of the KD Group, together with the unaudited management report of the KD Group and KD Group, a financial company, d.d., for the period from 1 January to 31 September, which the company published on 14 November 2014 (hereinafter: the unaudited report of the KD Group and KD Group d.d.), constitute the company’s management report for the first nine months of 2014. Where the data in the documents differ, the data and explanations contained in the KD Group’s Reviewed Interim Financial Statements amend and supplement the data contained in the Unaudited Report of the KD Group and KD Group d.d.
