Pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and Article 148 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, 1000 Ljubljana, hereby publishes, in the attachment, a notice regarding a change in the proportion of treasury shares.
Following the entry of the amendment to the company’s Articles of Association in the court register on 13 September 2019, resulting from a reduction in the company’s share capital through the withdrawal of 204,978 shares in KDHR, the number of treasury shares held by KD Group fell below the 5 per cent threshold as a result of this corporate action.
The total number of treasury shares prior to the reduction in the company’s share capital through the cancellation of 204,978 treasury shares was 267,179, representing 9.99 per cent of all issued shares.
The total number of treasury shares following the cancellation of treasury shares is 62,201 shares, representing 2.52 per cent of all issued shares.
