The
terms, procedure and deadlines for the purchase or sale of KDH3 bonds are set out in the Public Invitation to Tender for the sale of bonds issued by KD Group d.d. with the symbol KDH3 and in the Agreement on the Purchase and Sale of KDH3 Bonds. KD Group has appointed and authorised Ilirika, a stockbroking firm, d.d., Slovenska cesta 54a, 1000 Ljubljana, to carry out specific services in the process of selling and purchasing KDH3 bonds.
The public invitation to tender for the sale of bonds issued by KD Group d.d., designated KDH3, and the draft agreement on the purchase and sale of KDH3 bonds are attached to this notice.
The information contained in this announcement will be available from 13 September 2018 on the official website of KD Group at www.kd-group.com for a minimum of five years from the date of publication.
