Notice of the registration of a reduction in share capital

KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the Company), pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014/EU, hereby informs the public that on 3 July 2020 a court order was issued for the registration of an amendment to the Company’s Articles of Association relating to a reduction in the share capital through the cancellation of own shares with the symbol KDHR.
Following the entry of the amendments in the court register on 3 July 2020:
- the Company’s share capital amounts to: EUR 78,037,489.57 -
the number of issued shares with the symbol KDHR: 2,337,613
The company will subsequently withdraw 133,049 KDHR shares from the organised market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and have the withdrawn shares removed from the central securities register at KDD – Central Clearing and Depository Company, d.d
. This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’ from 3 July 2020 onwards.
