Notice of the inaugural meeting of the Supervisory Board of KD Holding d.d.

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99), KD Group, d.d., Ljubljana hereby issues the following announcement:

Following the appointment of the members of the Supervisory Board at the 6th General Meeting of Shareholders of KD Holding d.d., the newly elected members of the Supervisory Board, Dr Aleš Vahčič, Mr Alojz Penko and Mr Bojan Sekavčnik held their inaugural meeting on 7 March 2005.
At the meeting, the members elected Dr Aleš Vahčič from amongst themselves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Mr Alojz Penko as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
Following the expiry of the term of office of the managing director of KD Holding d.d., Mr Matjaž Gantar, the Supervisory Board reappointed Mr Matjaž Gantar as managing director for a four-year term. Mr Matjaž Gantar’s term of office commences on the date of his appointment at the inaugural meeting of the Supervisory Board.
