KD Group, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: KD Group), in connection with the procedure for reducing the share capital by withdrawing preference cumulative shares with the symbol KDHP, about which KD Group has already informed the public through announcements on the company’s website and SEOnet, hereby informs the public that on 15 November 2013 it received a ruling from the District Court in Ljubljana, by which the court registered the reduction in KD Group’s share capital.
Payment to shareholders will be made in accordance with the resolutions of the 18th General Meeting of Shareholders after the expiry of the statutory period of six months from the publication of the registration of the resolution on the reduction of share capital and thereafter, once creditors who have filed their claims in due time have been guaranteed repayment or security for their claims.
