Notice of receipt of the ATVP’s decision approving the prospectus for organised trading in KDH4 bonds and publication of the prospectus

KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, hereby informs the public that on 15 7 July 2015, it received a decision from the Securities Market Agency approving the prospectus for the admission to trading on the organised market of 146,220 registered bonds with the symbol KDH4.

The prospectus is published as an attachment to this notice.

Trading in KDH4 bonds will be possible once they have been admitted to the bond market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange; the company will inform the public of this in good time by means of an announcement on the SEOnet website and on the company’s website.

This notice and the prospectus will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’ from 15 July 2015 onwards.
