Notice of a Supervisory Board meeting

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana, and the applicable legislation, KD Group, d.d., Ljubljana hereby issues the following announcement:

The Supervisory Board of KD Group, a financial company, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, today, 15 September 2009, at its regular meeting, adopted a resolution appointing Dr Draško Veselinović as a member of the Management Board of KD Group for a term of four years, commencing on 1 October 2009.

This notice will also be published on the company’s website, www.kd-group.com, under ‘Public Announcements’, from 15 September 2009 onwards.
