The Supervisory Board of KD Group, a financial company, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, adopted a resolution at its meeting on 11 August 2009 to remove Aljoša Tomaž from his position as a member of the Management Board with effect from 11 August 2009 for economic and business reasons.
