In accordance with Article 124 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the company) hereby informs the public that it has received a notification from the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Matjaž Gantar, regarding a change in significant shareholdings. Matjaž Gantar has informed the Company that on 10 December 2010 he acquired 6,060 ordinary shares in the Company with the ticker symbol KDHR, meaning that, following the transaction, he holds 8,686 KDHR shares, representing a 0.32 per cent stake in the voting rights attached to KDHR shares.
