Monthly reporting in accordance with the Decision on reporting by legal successors to PID

Pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and Article 106 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, and in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 4 of the Decision on the reporting by legal successors of authorised investment companies (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 99/07), KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, hereby publishes information on the composition of the company’s assets and its ten largest individual investments. The monthly report as at 31 December 2018 is attached.

The information contained in this announcement will be available on the website of KD Group d.d. at www.kd-group.com from 11 January 2019 onwards, for at least five years from the date of publication.
