List of transactions with related parties for the first half of the 2020 financial year

Pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and Article 106 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, and in accordance with Article 5 of the Decision on the reporting of legal successors of authorised investment companies, KD Group d.d., financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, hereby publishes a list of transactions entered into by KD Group d.d. with related parties during the period from 1 January to 30 June 2020.

The information contained in this announcement will be available on the website of KD Group d.d. at www.kd-group.com from 26 August 2020 onwards, for a minimum of 5 years from the date of publication.
