Pursuant to Article 7 of the Act on the Legal Successors of Authorised Investment Companies, Article 5 of the Decision on the Reporting Obligations of Legal Successors to Authorised Investment Companies and Article 106 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD Group d.d., a financial company, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, hereby publishes a list of transactions entered into by the company with related parties during the period from 1 January 2009 to 30 June 2009.
