Entry of the conversion of the share capital to the euro in the court register

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 51/06, UPB 2), KD Group, d.d., Ljubljana, hereby issues the following announcement:

KD Holding, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, has received the decision of the District Court in Ljubljana, Ref. No. 2007/00931, by which the court entered, on 6 March 2007, the conversion of the share capital to the euro and the related amendment to the Articles of Association in the court register.
The share capital of 23,536,424,000.00 SIT has been replaced by the amount of 98,215,756.97 EUR.
