An unsigned auditor’s report was inadvertently included in the published audited annual report of the KD Group and KD Group d.d. for the financial year 2022.
In accordance with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/815 and Article 134 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD Group, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the revised annual report of the KD Group and KD Group d.d. for the financial year 2022 in the standard ESEF format, accompanied by a signed auditor’s report.
The information contained in this publication will be available on the company’s website at www.kd-group.com from 6 April 2023 onwards, for at least 10 years from the date of publication.
