The Board of Directors of KD Group, financial company, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, 1000 Ljubljana, at its meeting held on 23 May 2011, took note of the Business Report of the KD Group and KD Group d.d. for the period from 1 January to 31 March 2011. The Business Report of the KD Group and KD Group d.d. for the period from 1 January to 31 March 2011 is attached.
