KD Group, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, hereby publishes a corrected version of the unaudited management report of the KD Group and KD Group, a financial company, d.d., for the period from 1 January to 30 September 2014.
In the original document, on page 30 in the table ‘Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheet’, the amounts for the items ‘Liabilities arising from insurance contracts’, ‘Liabilities to policyholders bearing the investment risk’ and ‘Liabilities arising from financing’; furthermore, on page 64, the percentage share in the share capital was inadvertently omitted from the number of KDHR shares.
The corrected version of the unaudited management report of the KD Group and KD Group, finančna družba, d. d. for the period from 1 January to 30 September 2014 is attached.
