KD Group, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: KD Group), announces that the international credit rating agency Fitch Ratings has affirmed the existing credit rating of KD Group at ‘BB-’ and that of Adriatic Slovenica, insurance company, d.d., Koper (hereinafter: Adriatic Slovenica), with a financial strength rating of ‘BBB-’. The outlook for the credit rating is ‘stable’.
The confirmation of the credit ratings for KD Group and Adriatic Slovenica was based on KD Group’s announcement regarding the signing of a long-term syndicated loan agreement, which was approved by a syndicate of banks comprising Nova Ljubljanska banka d.d., Abanka Vipa d.d., Gorenjska banka, d.d., Banka Celje d.d., and Nova kreditna banka Maribor d.d., a development which KD Group had already disclosed to the public.
