KD Group, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, hereby announces that on 9 May 2012 it signed an agreement with Factor banka d.d., Ljubljana, for the sale of a 100 per cent stake in KD Banka d.d.
The transaction is expected to be completed within two months, subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions precedent, including obtaining authorisation from the Bank of Slovenia to acquire a qualifying 100 per cent stake in KD Banka d.d. In the meantime, KD Banka d.d. will continue to operate across the full scope of its activities.
