KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the company or KD Group), hereby informs the public that the international credit rating agency Fitch Ratings (hereinafter: Fitch) has published a report on the review of the insurance group portfolios in Germany, Switzerland and Slovenia, to assess the impact of the revised methodology for determining credit ratings for insurance companies. Based on the new methodology, Fitch has affirmed the existing ‘BBB-’ financial strength rating of Adriatic Slovenica, zavarovalna družba, d.d., Ljubljanska cesta 3a, Koper, whilst KD Group’s credit rating has been upgraded to ‘BB’ due to the revised criteria. The outlook for both companies remains ‘stable’.
