Change in the total number of shares with voting rights

Pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and in accordance with Articles 126 and 136 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: KD Group d.d.), hereby announces a change in the total number of treasury shares and the new total number of treasury shares as at 31 March 2019:
•    the total number of all issued shares registered in the central register of shareholders of the issuer KD Group d.d., maintained by KDD d.d.: 2,675,640,
•    total number of treasury shares: 204,272, representing 7.63% of all issued shares,
•    total number of shares with voting rights: 2,471,368, representing 92.37 per cent of all issued shares.

From 1 April 2019 onwards, this notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’ and will remain there for at least 5 years from the date of publication.
