Change in the total number of shares with voting rights

Pursuant to Article 149 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: KD Group d.d.), hereby announces a change in the total number of KDHR shares with voting rights, resulting from the implementation of a corporate action to reduce the share capital through the cancellation of own shares.
Following the reduction of share capital through the cancellation of own shares, the company’s position as at 31 March 2021 is as follows:
•    the total number of all issued KDHR shares registered in the central register of shareholders of the issuer, KD Group d.d., maintained by KDD d.d.: 2,157,487•
    total number of shares with voting rights: 2,157,487, representing 100 per cent of all issued shares.

This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’ from 1 April 2021 onwards, and will remain there for at least 5 years from the date of publication.
