Change in the total number of shares with voting rights

Pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, Articles 148 and 149 of the Financial Instruments Market Act and in accordance with the Decision on the Disclosure of Inside Information, KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: KD Group d.d.), hereby announces a change in the total number of own shares and the new total number of own shares as at 30 November 2019:
•    total number of all issued shares registered in the central register of shareholders of the issuer KD Group d.d., maintained by KDD d.d.: 2,470,662,
•    total number of treasury shares: 94,410, representing 3.82% of all issued shares,
• total number of shares with voting rights:  2,376,252, representing 96.18% of all issued shares.

This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’ from 2 December 2019 onwards, and will remain available for at least five years from the date of publication.
