Pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63 (KD Group d.d.), Ljubljana, hereby informs the public that on 23 April 2021, the Board of Directors of KD Group d.d. adopted the audited annual report of the KD Group and KD Group d.d. for the financial year 2020.
The approved audited annual report of the KD Group and KD Group d.d. for the financial year 2020, which also includes the Corporate Governance Statement of KD Group d.d., is attached to this announcement.
The consolidated financial statements in the official ESEF format, in accordance with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/815 and the first paragraph of Article 134 of the ZTFI-1 will be published as soon as possible.
The information contained in this publication will be available on the company’s website www.kd-group.com from 23 April 2021 onwards, for a minimum of 5 years from the date of publication.
