In accordance with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/815 and Article 134 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD Group, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the audited annual report of the KD Group and KD Group d.d. for the financial year 2023 in the standard ESEF format. The annual report was adopted by the company’s Board of Directors at its meeting on 27 March 2024.
The information contained in this publication will be available on the company’s website, www.kd-group.com, from 27 March 2024 onwards, for at least 10 years from the date of publication.
