In accordance with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/815 and Article 134 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the audited annual report of the KD Group and KD Group d.d. for the financial year 2021 in the standard ESEF format. The annual report was adopted by the company’s Board of Directors at its meeting on 28 April 2022.
