In accordance with Article 110 of the ZTFI, KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, hereby publishes, as an attachment to this notice, the audited Annual Report of the KD Group and KD Group d.d. for the financial year 2013. The Annual Report was adopted by the company’s Board of Directors at its meeting on 25 April 2014.
From 25 April 2014 onwards, the Annual Report will also be published on the company’s website at
