Annual Report

KD Holding, financial company, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the audited annual report of the KD Holding Group and KD Holding d.d. for the year 2006; a summary of the audited annual report is also published in the Public Announcements section.

Both documents are available in electronic form on the websites of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. (SEOnet) and on the company’s website www.kd-group.com from 28 June 2007 onwards, and will also be available at the registered office of KD Holding d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, every working day between 9.00 am and 3.00 pm.
