Annual report

KD Holding, financial company, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, hereby publishes, pursuant to Article 22.d of the ZTVP-1, an annual document containing all the information which the company has published in the last 12 months in accordance with the regulations governing securities in the Republic of Slovenia. All disclosures contained in the annual document for the period from 27 July 2006 to 25 July 2007 are available to the public via the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d.’s electronic notification system, SEOnet, and on the company’s website at www.kd-group.com.
