In accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation, KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, 1000 Ljubljana, hereby announces that today, 30 October 2012, it published a takeover bid in the Dnevnik newspaper for the purchase of shares in the target company GEA College, d.d., business education, Dunajska cesta 156, Ljubljana.
The takeover bid and the prospectus for the purchase of shares in GEA College d.d., business education, as well as the form for accepting the takeover bid, are attached to this notice.
From 30 October 2012 onwards, this notice will also be published on the company’s website
